Question
QUESTION: Hi,
My wife has neuroma for both feet between 2 and 3 toes.  I saw your video and articles.  Excellent work!.
The problem here is, my wife had 2 alcohol injections and third coming up soon.  I would like her to have cyrosurgery.  I read that if person had the alcohol injection, it would be difficult to treat with cryosurgery.
Is there any chance that my wife could be pain-free after cryosurgery?
My wife had ultrasound test shows 10X7 for right and 5X6 for Left.  MRI shows 3X5 for both feet.
Please let me know if she could be still candidate for cryosurger.  Thank you.

Regard
Sung

ANSWER: Hi Sung,

Cryosurgery can be performed on a person that has had alcohol injections, however, the success rate is usually less.  There is no difficulty doing the treatment, it may just require additional treatments.  So your wife can be a candidate and she can get good results.  It is possible to become pain-free but that does not occur in all patients.  However, the success rate is high and this is an excellent alternative to regular surgery.

We wish we could fly over to see you.
My biggest regrets are let my wife have a cortisone injection and a couple of alcohol injection.
Well, I would like to try Cryosurgery.
Do you have any recommend doctor in Virginia or Pennsylvania?
I know the website that shows the doctor.
I would like to perform the surgery who has many experiences.
Thank you.

Answer
You will need to check that list.  I do not personally know anyone in those states.
