Question
or calcium deposits on back ov foot

now im over 40 male even when a child had feet issues. perhaps even a collapsed arch. i also have pain both feet on top ov feet near the back. did read online perhaps a form ov tendonitis. the perhaps calcuin deposits so bad actaully wear out socks that area and shoes that area quite fast. sonetimes to just on left side have pain when walking back ov foot. i do use a eextremely hard pointy massage ball. daily use full body weight holds 10-30 seconds about 18 different underside placements. trying to remove TrPs
which has helped over long term.

quesrions are what to about perhaps calcuim deposits?

and what to about perhaps tendonitis top ov foot?

i would guess its the same problem causing both

thanking you in advance

Answer
Dear J,

This Orthopedic Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661, Roscoe Village 60618, Ukrainian Village 60622, Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says,
The calcium deposits that you suspect are probably the shape of your foot bones. Try softer shoes and try to put some cushion around the area to keep it from pressing into your shoe.
The remedies that I know are either keep them from rubbing, or possibly have them removed.
Keep them from rubbing is better. If the spur is in the back of the heel, try to wear a shoe that it a little on the heel than the front, that may help.
Hope this helps & Good Luck!
