Foot injury by a car

Question
About 3 weeks ago my foot was run over by an SUV in Tanzania the car stayed on my foot for about a minute . I went to a hospital there they did an x ray and said no break. I'm not sure what my next steps should be, I'm still on crutches and it's still swollen. Not huge, but noticeably.
Sometimes when I hobble to the washroom, while walking on my heel, I can feel things moving or not quite right in my foot.

Not sure what this could be, and I'm still travelling....

Any advice would be great!
Thanks,
Sasha

Answer
Dear Sasha,
This Chicago Podiatrist, Elmhurst Podiatrist & West Loop Podiatrist says.......
For your foot injury.....
For now try PRICE
Protect-Wear a removable walker around the foot to above the ankle and limit the movements that aggravate it. Continue with the crutches
Rest-Speaks for itself.
Ice- As much as possible-daily is OK.
Compress-Ace wrap  with ankle boot
Elevate-Will help if the foot throbs or swells at the end of the day.
Go see a qualified specialist-there may be a dislocation or fracture not seen by the radiologist who saw the x-rays. Don't wait.
Good Luck!
