Question
Hello Ms. Tatiana Zilberter,

My eyes are in pain due to prolonged use of computer for some school project. Any remedies ?

In general I have weaker eyes than the general public, I use glasses.

Yours truly,

Sam

Answer
Dear Sam,

In my experience, there are two ways to remedy your eye problem. First is eye exercises and second is using eye drops containing methylene blue. Please follow the links to get some examples:

Free exercises:

... and many more

Eye drops are advertised for their ability to clarify the eyes removing the reddness due to tiredness or other reasons. In fact, they do much more for the eyes since methylene blue is a potent antioxidant, it counteracts inflammation and provides genuine energy support not only on the sufface of the eye but also it penetrates as deep as to retinal cells. Methylene blue is a well-researched neuroprotector working at the level of neuronal mitochondria and in micromolar concentration it is used to protect retinal cells from metabolic failure.

Search Amazon or eBay for Innoxa (French brand) and if you find it too expensive, write to me again, I'll explain what you can do in this case.

Hope it helps,

Tanya Zilberter
