i am 39 yr old male with osteoporsis. I also have compression fractures at multiple levels. I don't like painkillers(although i take them from time to time). Sleeping at night is starting to frighten me because the pain is more excruciating when laying than walking around using a walker. Sleeping in bed is a no no for me, so i tried the recliner. not much there either. Can you suggest how should i lay at night time? The pain in my back to becoming a big pain in the ass!!
