Hello, Kim,

Most of the symptoms you describe suggest very tight psoas muscles.  The psoas muscles, when tight, indirectly cause the hypogastric nerve plexus to become sluggish, and that plexus governs the functioning of the abdominal organs.

Please read this entry and decide whether you fit the profile.  Since there's a lot on that page, first do a quick overview of the whole page before you start reading.

If you do, follow the suggestion on the write-up.  The program shown in the entry has a module for breathing, as well.

Your sore breasts don't fit the profile and suggest a hormonal issue -- but then, again, I once had a client, 36 years old, who hadn't had a menstrual cycle for ten years.  We were doing a procedure to normalize her psoas muscle function during a clinical session when she excused herself to go to the bathroom.  When she returned, she told me that her period had just started.
