Numbness in right hand fingertips

Hi there, I hope you can answer my question. I am 27 years old...my job includes using computer constantly for 8hrs..for past 1 week...i am feeling numbness in my right hand finger tips...especially index finger..my tongue sometimes feel numb too in specific spots...should i be concerned about these symptoms...pls advise..thanks

I don't know about "concerned"... does it bother you that your tongue gets numb?

Your symptoms indicate muscular contractions forming in your neck, possibly from repetitive use patterns -- causing nerve impingements.
