Answer
Hello Bhamini

Well, I have definitely had the same problem with my ankles. I found it was caused by poor circulation. My ankles got so swolen, I wrapped stretching cloth around them, tightly, just to get the swelling down!

What got rid of my swolen ankles was daily aerobic exercises. Stairclimbing, using The Step, etc. Anything that got the blood circulating better. I would do The Step when I wake up, 5-15 minutes, again before I go to bed, 5-15 minutes and for 5-15 minutes at work during my lunch. After a couople of weeks, the swelling started going down.

I have had no problem for about 3 years not. I do aerobics and stretching every day.
