Question
I work 10 hrs  a day on my feet and i am a big girl so my feet get a lot of strain. Normally they are fine however lately on the left foot near the bottom of my big toe kind of on the side and near the ball of the upper part of my foot. It is very painful to the touch. It feels almost like a pulled muscle. It is somewhat firm but not real hard like a callous. My fiance thinks its a bunion I've never had one so I'm not sure. What do you think it could be.       Thanks Jackie

Answer
Hi Jackie,

I would see a podiatrist for an xray and exam since you are having significant pain.  It is difficult to make a diagnosis based on your description.
