Question
Over the last couple of months I have had a very sore toe right toe that seems to be OK again if I put pressure on it and "click" it.  It seems to be at its worst after exercise or long walks.  What could this possibly be?

Answer
Hi Daniel,

Sorenesss of the large toe after exercise usually indicates some degree of arthritis on the joint.  I would see a podiatrist for xrays and you may benefit from custom arch supports, also know as orthotics.
