toenail fungus laser treatment

Question
Dear Dr. Tsatsos,

Do you do laser treatment for toenail fungus, or could you refer us to someone in the Chicago area that does?  My husband has had this problem for over 10 years, and I am worried about the toxicity from the medicine he has applied to his nails over all this time.  The topical medicine Penlac has not worked very well for him, and using it for so many years shows the inefficacy of the product for this particular fungal problem.  We believe that it is worthwhile to research more about the laser treatment, and if it seems apropos, to get it done and relieve him of this aggravating condition.  Thank you for your time and response.
