Question
toe look likes need to come off  pain so bad can not sleep
pins and buring feeling 75 percent is black.  been to podiatrs 4 times  how long can i go with out sleep and the stress of pain

Hi Drew,

It sounds like you should go to the emergency room ASAP. If you have severe pain and the toe is black you will likely need to be hospitalized!  Forums are not a good resource in this situation.
