Question
I have had neck right shoulder arm hand pain and tingling and numbness headaches  for about 1 year

treatment  pain meds and muscle relax

What treatments and what my prognosis

MRI

C-4-5 loss of disc hydration

C-5 C-6 Broad base left paracentral disc protrusion.
this protursion measures 12mm transverse X approximately
6mm in AP dimension and markedly contours the left ventral margin of the spinal cord as well as narrows the neural inlet, subarticular recess, and left neural foramen at this level

C-6 c-7 there is a broad-based ccentral dicsc protrusion which effects the ventral CSF space and contours the ventral margin of the spinal cord also left paracentric forminal and extraforaminal component at this level
this component appears to primary be related to uncovertebral joint spurring and disc-osteophyte complex
but there is narrowing of the left neural foramen

Answer
Mike,
The treatment that you have been under is nothing more than a joke, and a bad one at that.
How in the world could drugs possibly correct the severe misalignments that you are having in your spine?  All that is doing is numbing you to the situation while leaving the problem there to accumulate further destruction until finally you will need it cut out and replaced with artificial parts that are inferior to what God gave you.
Does this make sense?  Is this what you want?
Do you want to get well?  Do you want to get this taken care of properly and have the cause corrected?
Multiple levels of SEVERE misalignment and asociated soft tissue involvement.  This is a progressive condition that is affecting your nervous system function to your limbs as well as your internal organs, glands, and systems.  I would like to see the pictures for myself, but from reading the report you are having severe problems that need immediate attention otherwise you will be suggested for major surgery that is not only dangerous but does not help you long term anyway.
You have a serious condition that will inquestionably get worse if you continue doing what you have been doing about it.
OR
If you are serious about getting this taken care of in a logical and sensible manner without harmful drugs or surgery then we can talk further.
You let me know your level of committment here and just how serious you are about getting this corrected.
Yours in Best Health,
