Question
as per my mri scan i am suffering from mild posterior disc bulge in L5-s1 in minor form. As per this i feel stiffness and slight pain while i am standing but not sleeping, sitting even less walking i am taking physiotherapy(ultra sound, traction and swd)

Answer
Hello, Rakesh,

Disc bulges typically result from chronically contracted back muscles.

May I recommend some brief write-ups of mine:

http://www.somatics.com/back_pain.htm (first aid for back pain)
http://www.somatics.com/chronic_back_pain.htm
http://www.somatics.com/back_pain_terms.htm

They explain more and provide leads for getting help.

I can provide a recommendation for self-help resources, if you wish.
