hello il start out by saying that I work out on a seme regular basis my back has been cracking now for a few weeks and it feals better when i sleep but by the end of the day its cracking a lot and it feals like the mussles in my back are pulling in together.

Yep, you're musclebound, probably the result of how you work out.  Cracking and being musclebound go together and can lead to long-term consequences.
