hello dear doctor i am 40 years old i am on medication because uric acid is affecting my knees specially my right knee lately i suffer a pain at my back in right side from below specially when i am sleeping i wake up with strong pain that fades after a while and i feel the pain when i bend also i feel that the top of my right feet at the ankle is numb and sometimes my two small toes please can you help and tell me why do i feel this numbness because i am so worried thank you a lot

HI Mado,

This sounds like a foot problem that is coming from a back problem.  I would see a neurologist and consider having some tests such as a nerve conducion study.  You may have a pinched nerve in the back.
