Question
I have pain in my right side of my right leg just above the ankle. This happens only at night. no pain during the day. Also i am a mail man that drives all day. I do no walking. Thanks for your help.

Answer
This area is a common area for a tendon strain.  If the pain continues, I would see a podiatrist. Try applying ice and supportive shoes.
