Pain in right arm

Question
I have pain that starts in my Pinky finger, in my wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder mid way up my neck. I can't seem to hold a fist, and have limited range of motion in my wrist. The Pain intensifies during the day, and keeps me from sleeping. I have tried Tylenol, Motrin, and Oxycodon. Nothing seems to alleviate the pain. I can't put any pressure on my wrist like pushing my self up. My Fingers are very stiff. I am only 28 so I don't think it's arthritis.
I am healthy and do not do a lot of heavy lifting, and don't think it's an injury... any ideas??

Answer
Kristen,

Sounds like nerve entrapment and compression (pinch) at the neck and possibly also at the elbow (ulnar nerve) -- usually the result of a past injury provoking muscular contractions.

Please see my article on pain management at somatics.com/page4.htm.

Feel free to contact me, again.

with regard,
