i have a pulsating movement in my lower neck for the past few days my throat has been a little soar. it looks like their is a heart beat right above my collar bone and it is very visible. i have freaquent migranes and tension headaches as well as high blood preasure i also recently stoped taking vicadin. is this part of the withdraw
