Question
What credentials does a DPKM typically need, and, more particulary, are they comparable to a medical doctor (in the US, particularly Florida, if you're familiar with that state's requirements?  Thanks.

Allison

Answer
Allison,

Podiatrists in florida need an pre-medical undergraduate degree and must attend an accredited podiatry school and residency.  The training for a podiatrist is similar to an MD, however, your specialty is known in advance.
