i am having headaches only when i am studying or reading is it due to eyesight or tensions
Answer -
Hi Sasi and thanks for writing,

Obviosuly I can only guess as to the cuase of your headaches and you'd have to be examined by a Optometrist to know for sure, but it certainly sounds like your headaches are due to eye strain from studying. Your eyes are probably tired and you may need glasses for reading which could prevent your headaches.

You might try a better light when you're studying, and try resting your eyes for 5 minutes every half an hour, and 15 minutes every hour and a half to see if that helps.

Good luck with your studies,

Margot

You might also want to try Polyson Drops and/or Supplements with Vitamin A, C & E and Omega-3 which you can get at most Healthfood Stores.

Good luck with your studies,

Margot
