Question
I have problem with my middle finger, whenever I get cold any part of my body pain goes threw my finger so bad I want to cry. I don't know what the problem is can you help.

Answer
Donna,

... sounds similar to an experience I had when I had an outbreak of shingles, so I suspect a similar cause:  nerve entrapment by tight back muscles.  (We tense when cold.  If already tense, there, the additional tension may be sufficient to generate symptoms.)

For a start, see my article:

somatics.com/shingles.htm

... not saying you have shingles -- but read the article.

An acupuncturist would probably have another interpretation involving the meridian that goes to that finger.

Lawrence Gold
