Question
I have got Sciatica nerve which starts from the back and down my right leg. I also have thrombosis in my right leg. What is a good pain relief?

Answer
Hello, Hazel,

The most direct relief of sciatica comes from gaining enough control of the back and waist muscles to free them and take pressure off the sciatic nerve.

I've written an article which explains more.

It's brief and shows a way out.

As to the thrombosis (blood clot), that's another matter.  Very tight leg muscles may impede circulation and have contributed to the formation of the clot.  Dissolving the clot is the province of a medical doctor.  Preventing future clots will probably require the same solution as for the sciatica:  free the leg muscles from excessive tension.

For a recommendation for leg tension, you may ask me, if you wish.
