my husband has chronic back pain and takes morphine 30 two times a day and oxycodone 4 times a day,he all so has a heart valve and takes comedian a blood thinner his pain is getting worse had a seizure from the med so we cant increase them do you have any ideals for what we can do next.

I am so sorry to hear that your husband is going through such great pain.  Have your husband tried either acupuncture or chiropractic or a combination of both?  They both are very effective in treating pain conservatively without medication therefore no side effect.  I highly recommend your husband to visit those practioners and get a consultation regarding to his conditions and the management involved.
