Question
I just noticed yesterday (as my son and husband were sitting on the grass next to each other) that my son's legs from knee to ankle are almost the same length as my husband's legs.  My husband is 6'4" and my son is about 5'6".  Is there any correlation between the length of those bones and final height as an adult?

Answer
Betsy,
You don't mention his age (sons) but Probably..the long bones like in the legs and( femur-thigh bone) grow until about 17-18yrs old..and then no more.
