Answer
This Orthopedic Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661, Roscoe Village 60618, Ukrainian Village 60622, Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says,
For your tail bone pain.
Unfortunately these kinds of injuries may produce some tightness in the muscle & tissues as it heals.
As we get older this kind of healing may take up to 12 weeks. Movement of these tight areas may produce discomfort. Try warm bathes or warm compresses to the area & gentle movement & stretching. If it bothers you more than a few weeks or gets worse, follow up with your physician
Hope this helps & Good Luck!
