Question
Over the past couple of month I have had discomfort in the soles of my feet.I feels like I have something in my shoe all the time.Now I have the same sensation when I take my shoes off and I am walking bare foot in the house.

Answer
It sounds like you need to see a podiatrist for a custom orthotic (arch support).  You could try and over the counter arch supports first.  If you have not had a general physical, I would see your primary physician to see if there is a more general problem causing the foot problem.
