Question
I was told I have neuropathy in my legs and now it is getting in my hands.  The doctor said there is nothing else they can do for me, it is too far gone.  I am in constant pain from that then I have arthritis too.  They gave me Neurontin and Vicadin for pain and Celebrex for arthritis.  None of those do much for the pain.  I don't know what else to do or where else to go.  The pain can get so bad sometines that I just want to cry.  The doctor sent me to pain management but I had to stop because I had 2 surgerys.  I will have another surgery coming up sometime next month so I will have to wait again.  Please, if you could give me any help it would be appreciated.  Thank you

Answer
Hi Ann and thanks for writing,

I'm sorry to hear about your challenge with Naturopathic pain - I know how truly painful it can be. I would strongly recommend you look into alternative therapies to stop the pain as opposed to simply trying to use analgesics to mask the existing pain - Acupuncture is usually very effective as long as you find a good Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I hope this helps and I wish you good health,

Margot
