on 3-12-09 i had an mri done after a visit to a chiropractor. the mri says that i have a fracture to my t 12 vertebrae bulging disk with facet hypertrophy with moderate stenosis at L1-2 at L2-3 a 4mm ventral left sided protrusion L3-4buldging disk with facethypertrophy and moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis L4-5 same as above.I am on vicodin 10-325 soma 350 valium 5 and neurontin and am still in level 8 to 10 pain neurosurgeon wont operate because I am obese. I have not been able to walk or barely sit in a chair sense February I have sciatica down left leg and in the front of both thighs. i have applied for disability so I can get medical to no avail as of yet will someone please help me I don't know how much longer  i can take this severe pain .thank you

It seems that an acupuncturist or chiropractor may be able to manage  your pain and help you lose the weight.  Once you are pain free and able to exercise, your pain may become self limited by doing some proper exercise to strengthen the low back.

That is my only suggestion to your sensitive situation.
