Hello, Sana,

With regard to diet, my advice would be to maintain a sound, balanced diet.

Ligaments may take months to heal -- but a fall is unlikely to have broken ligaments; the more common effect of a fall is to send muscles into spasm, which is painful and can last indefinitely unless measures are taken to restore normal muscle tone.

To that end, I have written webpages to give more detailed information.
