Question
I have had this dull aching pain in my arm it started at my wrist best way to describe it is that it feels like I wants or has to be popped but won't it drives me crazy at night when trying to sleep now the pain has moved to my my elbow area and runs up my arm I don't know what it is this has been going on for over a week please help with some kind of an idea what it could be.

Sounds like you have some muscles that are musclebound in your arm.  That's usually a conditioning problem from repetitive movements involving gripping.
