hello
my left wrist has a werid type of snapping pain sort of speak.
when i bend it down towards the ground or when ever im bending it and then i bring my wrist back up it makes a werid painful snaping pain, sort of speak it kinda feels like their is pressure sometimes when it makes the snapping feeling. and i dont know what it is. i havnt fallin on my wrist so i odn tknow what happend.

I'm going to address your question and then name a resource by which you can clear the snapping up, by yourself.

Sounds like very tight muscles of the forearm.  Tight tendons "twang" during movement as they pass over bony prominences or other muscles. They would feel like pressure.  Such tension may form through repetitive actions, such as playing a musical instrument.
