Question
I was in a car accedent and have major muscles spasms.  I was woundering if I could mix Skelaxin and vioxx with an antibiotic called z-pak?

Answer
Amy,

You would do better with another approach, than drugs.

Muscle spasms commonly result from a shock to the nervous system, such as the violent motions of a car accident.  Your nervous system controls your muscles.

That shock can be undone by means of somatic training -- a brain-body training approach.

If you have any inclination to try another approach than the one you are pursuing, may I suggest the following two articles:

"Care, Cure, and Self-Sufficiency" and "Pain Relief through Movement Education", both with links at <http://www.somatics.com/page4.htm>.

Other than that, I can't answer your question about combining medications.

You can reach me directly at [email protected].
