I had c4 c5 fused with hardware April 6,2007 I still have alot of pain and have minor nerve damage. I have had one injection and going to have two more is normal the the first shot does not work? Will my nerve damage ever go away?What kind of restrictions I have?

The injections usually only provide temporary relief, so it is not uncommon to have more than one done. I would strongly suggest you try physical therapy as well if you haven't already done so. Physical therapy combined with some kind of manual therapy program should help ease your symptoms.
