Question
hi there, just a quick question from the u.k? about 6 months i crashed my forklift truck head on into a post- only about 10mph but a heavy impact that damaged my leg and shoulder on the right side. a few months later my thoracic spine became tender to touch especially in the morning. lately it has become worse, restricting my movement and stretching and effecting my gym work ( currently training to become a personal trainer) i have been to a chiropractor 6 times now and he clicks me around a bit, and i feel really good after a couple of hours, but when i wake in the morning- back to square one!!! chronic pain! i also have a slight stabbing pain in my right chest that i mainly notice when i am about to sneeze, then it puts me off which is really annoying! can also feel chest pain when take a really deep breath!! i have changed matresses, pillows, stretches, improved my posture but still the same or getting slightly worse now and getting concerned. any answers would be great???

Answer
Antony,
You have a rib that is out.  Ask your Chiro to put it back in and you will feel a lot better.  Also, let me know hoes this goes and for some reason if that doesn't solve your problem write me back for Plan B.

Yours in Best Health,
