Hi..
Im 25 yrsold.I have Pain in my lower back just above buttocks.I cannot sit in front of computer for more that 30 minutes
I had done digital xray and the result says that
1.Lumbar Lordosis is Lost- Suggestive of Para Spinal Muscle Spasm
2.Evidence of Reduction of L5-S1 Invertebral disk space noted.
Can i get complete cure without a surgery?
Im worried of my disease at early age.
Pls suggest..
