Question
I stepped on a piece of glass about 3 weeks ago.  I thought i pulled the glass out and flushed the hole in the bottom of my foot with Bacatine but the small hole is not healing.  It is still sore to walk on.  Could the healing process on the bottom of foot(just below big toe) take over 3 weeks to heal?

If you are still having pain or redness and swelling or drainage coming from the foot, you still have a problem.
You either have a piece of glass still in your foot or you have developed an infection.
In either case, you should see a Podiatrist for an x-ray and treatment.  You don't want this to linger as an infection can worsen fairly fast.
At 3 weeks you should be mostly healed.
