Question
Dear Sir,
I have been suffering from ankle pain since a month. Will I am sitting, it doesn't pain, but initial few steps of my walk the pain steeply increases. It persists heavily for a while decreases then but it is never gone. Kindly suggest me some remedy for this problem...

Thanking you in anticipation.

DEEPAK

Answer
HI Deepak,

If you have had pain for this long you will need to see a podiatrist.  This sounds like a muscular or tendon problem.  Stretching can be helpful and physical therapy could improve the problem.
