Question
I am feeling uncomfortable at my feet. Especially at night and morning hours sometimes even as I sit in the office. My feet are very hot. I check, but there is nothing. I don't have any swelling or wounds on my feet. The pain is internal. Sometimes I don't sleep. Please help, what is it?

Answer
James you need to see a podiatrist.  You will require a foot exam.  It would be difficult for me to make a diagnosis with the information you have provided.  You may need arch supports.
