just in the past few month, its been harder to move my right its very agonizing to move it at all, not only that but its tilted to my right a little.when i went to my podiatrist he just wrapped it up and said it would get better on its own. that was months ago. they did x-rays and mris but all they found were a sists in my hee.i was prescribed napraxin and it barely eases the pain, i still cant move it. What do i do now.

Hi Erika,

I would get another opinion from a podiatrist to see why your foot is still hurting.  Take your tests with you.  I would consider having another x-ray and compare to the old x-ray.
