I've had pain before on this ankle bec I have hurt is about a year and a half ago I had a severe sprain and jones frature, is there anythin I can do for the pain I'm experiencing now, I can walk on it but moving my ankle to the right hurts the left side of my ankle
Thanks for ur time and patience

Answer
HI Stella,

I would certainly see a dr and have an x-ray.  You can use ice for now but you need to make sure that you don't have an ankle or Jones fracture.  The area will likely require some immobilization.  Please see your dr.
