Sharp Pain on the top of both feet

Question
I have been having severe sharp burning pain on the top of both of my feet.  Sometimes the pain is at the ankle and sometimes at the top edge of my foot.  The pain is very sharp almost like a severe burning feeling inside my foot.  The pain comes and goes and seems to be worse the more I am up moving around. I have had three back surgeries from an annular tear in my low back around 10 years ago that has recently been causing me some new problems, also gets worse the more I move around.  Could these be related or is there something else that can be causing the pain in my feet.  Please any advise would be appreciated.

Answer
It is related to your lower back surgeries.
Try to lose weight and get into a physical therapy/exercise/stretching program.
Sometimes orthotics/orthoses or other braces may help
These are the only things that may help without drugs.
Good Luck
