Question
I have pearl-like lumps/masses on the lateral aspect of heels to midfoot (lateral) and a cluster of them on the medial side of heel when I apply pressure to my feet. I was wondering what this could be?

Answer
It sounds like it can be a plantar fibroma, which is a benign thickening of the ligament that extends from the heel through the arch.  Please get these evaluated by you podiatrist.
