You may be the wrong person to ask, but I will try anyways. I had pus coming out of my penis so I went to the doctors, he prescribed me zithromycin(cures clamydia STD) even though my test results came back negative for clamydia. All of my symptoms went away after that, but a strange thing began to happen afterwards. My penis randomly leaks urine throughout the day. Its very annoying. I also randomly get VVVerryyyy slight testicular pains. I did some research and came back with I either have a UTI through my bladder or kidney, or I have some kind of spinal problem, maybe even a tumor? Its probably more likely that its a UTI, but I don't have to pee often and it never hurts to pee, unless I ejaculate the night before... my lymph nodes in my groin have been swelled up since I had clamydia and occasionally shrink a bit, then grow again after a couple days. This pattern hasn't stopped and the leaky urine started after i was cured of clamydia or maybe even during.

Your research is correct and you should see a urologist first.  A urologist will check on bladder, testicle, kidney, and prostate problems.  If that isn't the case, get referred to a neurologist or neurosurgeon.  You will need X-rays, MRIs, or other tests to find out if your spine is involved.
