i went for a ct myelogram and it revealed that i have a herniated disc. l4/5 s1 region. i have back pain and pain in the left leg. i dont want to have a surgery. please advice me on which treatment will help me. and can i play soccer again?

Thanks so much for your question.

I understand you not wanting to have surgery but for a herniated disc, it may be your best option. Especially, if the pain gets worse.
