Question
I habe been paralized for 44 yrs, gun shot to t-6 level. I have had bladder infections since then, have learned to live with them, and cope with the problem, but leg spasams are another problem. in 04 they put in a baclofen pump worked well for 4 yrs. In 08 they replaced it with a new one, the 2nd day my spasms came back and are still here sometimes heavy and sometimes light. Medtronic does't want to replace it. Thinking of Botox shots

I use baclofen too, luckily it is still working for me. As for Botox injections, from what I've heard it works. Can't you increase your baclofen dosage? Wouldn't that help? Well I hope you find the relief your looking for.
