Question
Hello Sir, i have a severe pain in my upper spine, i'm following a sort of reeducation  with a naturopath. He gives massages and applies ultra sound on the back and also on the skull. what i want to know is, the use of ultra sound on head is it safe? also he told me my problem is that one of my vertebrate is 'dry'  and it'll take time to recover, is this something common with people of 20 yrs of age. i have met no accident nor shock in this part of the body. Thanking you in anticipation.

Answer
Hi Kurush,

Thanks so much for your questions.

Most ultra sound therapies are safe procedures. You will have to talk to your doctor about the intensity of the ultra sound. Ultra sound is the use of sound waves.

I have never heard of a dry vertebra so I can not give you any information concerning this.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask me anytime.

Thanks again,
John McKinzie
