Neck affecting arms?

Question
I have degenerating discs in my back.  I also have several bulging discs both in my neck and lower lumbar.  Recently, I have lost the ability to raise my right arm beyond my waist and do things like put my hand in my pocket, or my arm at my side, even lying down.  My biggest fear is that more of my discs are being affected.   I am unable to pull myself up, or even pull up my own pants.    I need to know what to ask the doctor, can you help me please.

Answer
Hi Melissa,

Find a D.C. ASAP that does spinal decompression or preferably, flexion/distraction. You are a prime candidate for towel traction. It works quick and will decompress the herniations in a few weeks without the need for surgery.

If you have trouble finding a D.C. in your area, I will be glad to help.
