Question
Hello,
I'm in constant pain and recently had the above MRI and need to know if I have a case for Workers Comp? Impressions: Multi-Level disc/spur complexes are noted causinf mild spinal canal narrowing. the most notable of these is at C5-6.
2) Multi-Level foraminal stenosis is noted.
3) Fullness of thyroid gland is non-specific. thyroid ultrasound or correlation with thyroid function test may prove useful if felt clinically indicated.

Answer
Hello, Leon,

I can't answer your Worker's Comp question.

But I will tell you this:  bone spurs grow in response to muscular pulls.

Contracted neck muscles cause neck pain, nerve impingements, and bulging discs.

May I direct you, for practical action, to the following webpages, which contain helpful articles explaining how muscular contractures form and how to end them, and guidance for recovery.
