Question
I had an injury last dec. 5 2008. I was not able to walk and stand up straight, pain radiated to my left leg.Haven't gotten back to work yet. Doctor still doesn't want me to go back yet. How long does it typically take to heal?
Now. I can walk and stand up but have to tilt my pelvis slightly forward to be comfortable and can't sleep without a pillow under my knees.

Answer
Back pain is the number one reason people miss work.
Study after study confirms that the best method to not only get out of pain is with Chiropractic care.Have you considered Chiropractic care?
It sounds like you may be suffering with "sciatica".
This is a common problem that Chiropractors have great success in treating.
Good luck.
